Portland Review - May 15, 2011


Thomas “Tom” Earl Hillyard, 52 passed away on April 28, 2011. He was born on 
August 10, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan.

Tom lived in Portland and Lansing MI until 1981 when he moved to Jacksonville, 
Florida. Tom was employed for the Jacksonville School District for nearly 25 
years.

Tom is survived by his parents, David and Lorraine Hillyard of Lakeland, FL.; 
his sisters, Elaine Hayes (Larry) of Bessemer City, North Carolina and Arlene 
Schneider of Portland, Michigan; his nephew and niece, Brian and Brianna 
Schneider; and several aunts, uncles and cousins, best friends, Ed “Gabby” and 
Kathy Randolph of Jacksonville, FL.

The memorial service was held on Monday, May 2, 2011.
