He was found dead in bed, probably not long after death. Mr. Hinderleider has been in rather poor health for some time, but his condition was not thought serious, he had consulted a physician (not so very long before his death. But his trouble, which was heart trouble, being very uncertain, death came as above stated. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at his residence. ----------------- James Hinderleider was born in Niagra county, New York, Jan. 14, 1847 and passed away at his home in Lake Odessa, Nov. 10, 1920. age 73 years, 8 months and 26 days On the 12th day of May, 1872 he was united in marriage to Miss Janette Darling. To this union one daughter was born, Mrs. Edson Bushnell of Odessa township. Immediately after his marriage he with his bride began keeping house on their farm in Odessa township, which was then a wilderness, and made them a home where they lived happily together for 45 years, moving to Lake Odessa in April, 1917. About 16 years ago he was converted and became a member of the Weslyen Methodist church. He remained true to his faith and his bible was a great comfort to him. He leaves to mourn their loss, his wife, one daughter, three sisters, three granddaughters, several nieces and nephews, and a large circle of friends. Funeral services were conducted at their home, Rev. V. H. Beardsley officiating, assisted by Rev. I. H. Mourer and Rev. A. F. Nagler. Burial was made in Lakeside cemetery.
