Robert V. Hinz, age 81, of Hubbardston, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2007 
at the Carson City Hospital.  Robert was born April 4, 1925 to Frank and Sally 
Hinz in Detroit.  He served in the Navy during WWII.  Robert worked for 
Chrysler Automotive in Detroit as an engineer.  He was a member of the 
Hubbardston American Legion Post #182.  Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, being 
outdoors and carpentry.

He is survived by his son Mark Hinz of Warren, 5 grandchildren, Nichole, 
Matthew, Brooke, Brittney, and Jason, sister Mary Parlow of Clinton, companion 
Geraldine Snow of Hubbardston, and eight nieces and nephews.  Robert was 
preceded in death by his parents, grandson Blake Sailor, brother Frank Hinz 
Jr., and sister Sally Hinz.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2002 at 12 p.m. at the Lux 
and Schnepp Funeral Home in Carson City with Pastor Ron Brooks officiating.  
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. 
Memorials contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
