Esther R. Hodson, of Ionia, age 95, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2007.

She was born on November 13, 1911 in Ionia County the daughter of Robert and 
Mabel (Clark) Pierson. Esther attended St. John's Lutheran Church for many 
years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur and son, Byron. She is 
survived by her son, Rean (Beverly) Hodson; daughter, Gayla (Craig) Noe; 9 
grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. 

Graveside services will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at Orleans 
Twp. Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 28 at 11 a.m. 
at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ionia.
