IONIA-  Keith L. Hoffman, 42, died at home early Sunday of an apparent heart 
attack.

He was born Dec. 29, 1939 to Clyde and Leila Ruth Bowers Hoffman.

He lived most of his life in the Ionia, Lake Odessa and Portland areas, 
graduating from Lake Odessa High School in 1958. He attended Michigan State 
University for one year and attended college in Colorado.

he worked for Oldsmobile in Lansing for 10 years before retiring with a 
disability in 1972.

He married Linda King at the Sebewa Center Church March 27, 1965, and was a 
member of Temple Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Linda; three daughters; Diana of Lake Odessa and 
Carol and Connie at home; one half-brother, James Shull of Lansing; and his 
mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Leifheit.

Funeral services were Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Temple Baptist Church, with the 
Rev. Ralph Barton officiating.

Burial was in the Tuttle Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established with envelopes available at the funeral 
home.
