   HOFFMAN, NELLIE E.; of Ann Arbor, formerly of Walled Lake ; March 1, 1983; age
90; widow of Clarence A. 
Hoffman, who preceded her in death March 1, 1982, who was former Superintendent of
Schools in Walled 
Lake; survivors include one son, Charles of Ann Arbor; three grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren.  Funeral 
Thursday, March 3, 1983, 2:00 p.m. at the Muchlig Funeral Chapel, Ann Arbor, the
Rev. Terry N. Smith 
officiating.  Interment will follow Friday in Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa,
Michigan.  In lieu of flowers, 
contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
