The Ionia Standard, Friday, March 15, 1895
Alice Belle, eldest daughter of Alonzo Holden, died Monday a.m. at four 
o’clock, after an illness of a year.  She was aged 22 years, and a young lady 
much respected by a wide circle of friends.  Funeral will be attended from the 
Church of SS. Peter and Paul, at 9 o’clock Tuesday morning,  

Mr. and Mrs. Alzonzo E. Holden return their heartfelt thanks to friends and 
neighbors for their kindly assistance and sympathy in their late sad 
bereavement.
