Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 3 Feb 1937

Mrs. Willard Holly of Clarksville died at Pennock hospital Saturday at 2 o’clock
where she underwent an operation Wednesday.  She had been in poor health for the
past year.  She leaves her husband and two sisters, Mrs. Emery Ferney of Harbor
Springs and Mrs. Carl Willetts of Edmore.  The funeral was held at the John
Beattie funeral home and interment at Clarksville cemetery.

Attending the funeral from away were Mrs. Etta Horne of West Branch, Mrs. Mae
Shupe of Detroit, Mrs. Allie Schinder of Battle Creek, Mrs. Myrtle Holly of
Lansing, Mrs. Leila Mohrman of Detroit, Mrs. Mabel Hall of Charlotte, Mr. and
Mrs. Emery Ferney and Mr. and Mrs. Velda Ferney of Berrien Center, Mr. and Mrs.
Carl Willetts of McBride, Mr. and Mrs. Ethan Barrett of Greenville, Mr. and Mrs.
Ray Curtis and Junior Barrett of Grand Rapids and Mr. and Mrs. Barrett of Edmore.
