Sentinel-Standard - Monday, Aug. 2, 1926

Both the home and the Lutheran church were filled Saturday afternoon as the 
funeral services for Mrs. William Holtz, were held. Mrs. Herman Hacker and Mrs. 
Helmut Tafel were in charge of the large and beautiful arrangement of flowers. 
The bearers were Louis Melzo, Charles Holtz, William Warnke, Fred Bielow, 
Herman Priehst, and Herman Hacker. Rev. B. H. Succop was in charge of the 
services. Burial was in Highland Park.
