Ionia Sentinel Standard, 3 Jun 1989

Miles C. Hooper, 86, of 64 Pleasant St., Saranac, died June 2 at the Ionia 
Manor.

He was born Sept. 21, 1902 in Elmdale, the son of Melvin and Susan (Custer) 
Hooper.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for 64 years.

He is survived by his wife Juanita of Saranac; and two grandchildren, Robin and 
Michael.  One daughter, Jacqueline Hooper, preceded him in death.

Cremation has taken place.  No memorial service is scheduled.  Contributions 
may be made to Freedom Acres or to a charity of choice. 

Arrangements are by Lake Funeral Home in Saranac.
