Ionia Standard, Friday, January 11,1918
Bert Hoople died Saturday at Traverse City, and the body is expected here 
tonight.  The funeral will be held at the homestead near Palo, now occupied by 
a brother, Edward Hoople.  The service will proably be on Wednesday.
