Ionia Daily Sentinel, 25 Nov 1916

The funeral for Mrs. Sarah Hoople was held Sunday at Palo.  Mrs. Hoople, was the
widow of Ed. Hoople who died several years ago at the home in Ronald and was 66
years of age.  She is survived by six children, Ward of Bushnell, Joe of
Detroit, Herman of Lyons, Bert, Ed, and Ella, who lived at home.  The five sons
and Mr. Whitmore were the bearers and burial was in Palo cemetery.
