Ionia Weekly Standard, 30 Dec 1904

Joseph Hoover died on Tuesday.  He would have been 77 years old next February. 
Funeral at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at family home on Steel Road.

[Transcriber’s note:  There are notations on the obituary card that he was born
25 Feb 1828 the son of Abram and Polly (Edgerton) Hoover, and that he was buried
in Oak Hill Cemetery.]
