The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, February 22, 1971

Mrs. Eva M. Hope, 93, formerly of 539 Brooks, Ionia, died Sunday afternoon, 
February 21, at Ionia County Memorial hospital.  Mrs. Hope was born June 18, 
1877 in Ionia county, a daughter of Hiram and Mattie Cornell.

Surviving are one daughter; Mrs. Donald Eickhoff of Lowell; one son, Kenneth 
Warren of Ionia, nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Stone-Kauffman funeral home with Rev. 
Hubert Callahan officiating.  Burial will be in Palo cemetery.  Bearers will 
be Amos Stanton, Charles Weaver, Willard Kinsman and Sam Ostrander.
