Ionia Sentinel Standard, 18 Apr 1955

Frank Hopkins, 72, of North Plains township, died of a heart attack Sunday 
afternoon while on a fishing trip with his son one mile from his home.

Mr. Hopkins was born April 25, 1882, in Kalamazoo county.

Surviving are a son, Seymour, at home and a brother in Lansing.

The body is at Myers funeral home but will be taken to Gorsline and Runciman 
chapel in Lansing where the funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 
o’clock.
