Mrs. Mary E. Hopkins, 82, died Saturday evening at the home of her son-in-law 
and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. William Antcliff, Ronald Township, Ionia County, 
where she had lived for the past 10 years.  Previously she had been a resident 
of Bushnell and Fairplains Townships for 32 years. Mrs. Hopkins was born April 
15, 1874 at Tawas City.  On September 17, 1894 she was married to George 
Hopkins.  He died in 1921.

Surviving besides her daughter, Mrs. Antcliff, are two other daughters, Mrs. 
Minerva Watson, Detroit, and Mrs. Eva Minikey, Ionia; and five sons, Albert, 
Belding, Louis, Frank and John, Fenwick, and R. D., Ionia;  there are 33 
grandchildren and 57 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Stebbins Funeral Home with 
the Rev. H. S. Ellis officiating.  Burial will be in Sunnyhill Cemetery near 
Palo.
