                               MILES M. HOPKINS 

Miles Hopkins, 85, 408 Lewis Belding died Tuesday at Belding Community Hospital 
following an extended illness.

Born August 15, 1883 in Gratiot County he was the son of Barnett and Sarah 
Gingray Hopkins. September 3, 1915 he was married to Mary Baughman in Sunfield 
and she survives.

Surviving also are three daughters, Mrs.Martin Jeffrey and Mrs Richard Schutte 
both of Belding and Mrs.William Maine of Clarksville; four sons, Cleo and Earl 
both fo rural Fenwick. Mearl and Wilford of Belding; 39 grandchildren and 10 
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 pm at Huffman Funeral Home in Belding 
with Rev. Forrest MacPherson officiating and burial at Sunny Hill cemetery, 
Palo.
