HOPKINS, ARTHUR C.:
   SENTINEL-STANDARD, IONIA, MI, May, 1959:  "Arthur C. Hopkins, 73, died.  He
was born 9-23-1885 in Bloomer Township, Montcalm County, the son of Allen and
Ada Hopkins.  He came to Ionia County at age 5.  In 1912 he married Edith M.
Strong, who survives with two daughters, Mrs. Lindon Lancaster of Kalamazoo, and
Mrs. C. W. VanHouten, two sons, Jack Hopkins and Warren A. in the Air Force.
