Funeral services are 1 p.m. Wednesday for Margaret H. Hopkins, 75, who died
Sunday, Dec. 15, 1985, in a fire at her home on Klees Road, Crystal, where she
had resided since 1960.  Mrs. Hopkins was born May 26, 1910, in Ionia, and
attended schools there.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Rogusky, Ionia and Mrs. Maryanne
Ratu, Muir; three sons, James Peiffer, Crystal, Richard Peiffer, Belding and
Eugene Peiffer, Orleans; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Norma McCallister, Riverdale; four
stepsons, Carl Hopkins, Wheeler, Lyle Hopkins, Oklahoma City, Paul Hopkins,
Merrill and Gary Hopkins, Springport; 15 grandchildren and 13
great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are two stepsisters, Mrs. Marcella North,
Ionia and Mrs. Mary Meyers, Barryton.

Services will be held at Schnepp Funeral Home in Crystal with burial in Ferris
Center Cemetery.  The Rev. Rolla Timmons will officiate.  Friends may call at
the funeral home this afternoon and evening.
