The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, February 24, 1960


Funeral service for Mrs. Olive Hopkins, 69, 266 Elizabeth street, Lyons, who 
died February 19, was conducted Tuesday afternoon from the Lyons Methodist 
church.  The Rev. Richard Kidder officiated and interment was at Lyons 
cemetery. 

Bearers were Charles, James, John, Albert and Nathaniel Hopkins and Ford Shoen.

Attending from away were Mrs. Robert Wilson and Mrs. Edwin Cronin of Detroit, 
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Vinton and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shaw of Coldwater; Jack 
Vinton of Marshall, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Dyert of Indianapolis, Ind., Mr. and 
Mrs. Burton Whitlock of Fort Wayne, Ind., Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Vinton, Jr., of 
Bronson and Mrs. John Dumon of Big Rapids.
