Portland – Pauline Hoppes, 82, of Okemos Road, Portland died Wednesday at
Portland Convalescent Home, Portland.  She was born November 16, 1895 in
Westphalia the daughter of John Lehman and Annie Schneider.

Survivors include three sons, Stanley F., Leon H. and Bernard, Jr., all of
Portland; four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Keusch, Portland, Mrs. Reva Bell, Portland;
Mrs. Eleanor Lynch, Lansing; Mrs. Marilyn Muirhead, San Antonio, Texas; 52
grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren; one brother Bernard Lehman of Westphalia;
four sisters, Mrs. Iola Lehman, Portland; Mrs. Mattie Riddle, New Port Riche,
Fla.; Mrs. Alma Lynch, Lansing; Mrs. Francis Layton, Portland.

Rosary will be this evening, Thursday, at 8 p.m. at the Neller Funeral home in
Portland.  Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Friday with Rev. Father Donald Weber
officiating.  Burial will be in Danby cemetery.
