Alfreda V. Hoppes, of Lyons, loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away
on Saturday, August 30, 2008.  She was born on February 12, 1934 the daughter of
Arthur and Grace Loomis.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles G.
Hoppes.  Alfreda is survived by her five children: Vicki (Michael) Kemp, Randy
(Carol) Hoppes, Bonnie (Dan) McGraw, Steven Hoppes, Karen (Stephen) Denis; 10
grandchildren: John (Jane) Hale, Cheyenne Hale, Stacey Hoppes, Nicholas Hoppes,
Wesley Hoppes, Jenny Ramos, Jessica Ramos, Christina Ramos, Marty Hoppes and
Mark Hoppes; 3 great grandchildren: Asa, Isabella, and Antonio; 4 sisters
Virginia, Alberta, Eleanor, and Bonnie.  A graveside memorial service will be
held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Keefer Cemetery.  There will be
no funeral home visitation.  Arrangements are being handled by the
Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Ionia Chapel.
