Ionia County Shopper's Guide, 21 Jun 2008

Christopher L. Hoppes, age 51, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2008.  Surviving
are his mother, Carol Hoppes of Portland; father, Leon Hoppes of Eaton Rapids;
daughter, Krista (Dean) Stauffer of Portland; 2 grandchildren, Braydon and
Elleanna Stauffer; loving girlfriend, Brenda Harper of Portland; two sisters:
Lynn (Tim) Smith of Grand Ledge and Peggy (Mike) English of Potterville; 4
nephews and 2 nieces.  Arrangements by Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Portland.
 Interment will take place at Danby Cemetery.  For those desiring, memorial
contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mr.
Christopher L. Hoppes.
