Russell Horn Passes Away

Russell Horn, 73, passed away Wednesday evening at the Barry County Medical Care 
Facility at Hastings where he had been a patient for about a month.

He was born at Woodbury, December 25, 1903, the son of Nelson and Inez Horn and had
spent most of his life in the Woodbury and Sunfield areas and for several years had
been a resident of Hastings where he was a patient at the Turner, Adult Foster Care Home
before going to the Facility.

Surviving are cousins, Mrs. Dale (Ivah) Griffin of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Frank (Velma)
Smith of Portland, Oregon, Roy Lapo of Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs. Lola Klingman of Six lakes
and Mrs. Lester (MInnie) Coykendal of Lake Odessa.

Funeral services were held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel
at Lake Odessa, Rev. William Hertel officiated with burial in the Sunfield cemetery.
