ELAINE HORN
Elaine Horn, 87, of Ionia and previously of Pewamo, passed away Sept. 6, 2016 in
Ionia, Michigan. She was born Aug. 26, 1929 in Muir, MI the daughter of Ward and Adah
(St.Clair) Jones. Elaine married Raymond Glen Horn Dec. 24,  1948. He preceded her in death 
in 2006. She drove bus for Pewamo Schools for 32 years.

Elaine is survived by her children, Raymond Dale (Debby) Horn of Sunfield, Bonnie
(Bill) Corkwell of Ionia, Cindy (Duane) Blum of Alaska, Michael Horn of Maryland and Paula
Ling of Texas; grandchildren, Shannon (Brian) Harkey, Nicholas (Athena) Blum, Robin
(Joel) Hoeksema, Joshua James (Stephanie) Horn, Michael Ling, Tomas (Ashley) Blum and Zac 
Ling:; and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by  her parents, husband, daughter Glenna Rae Horn and one
brother Eldon Jones.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 12, at North Plains Cemetery
with Rev. Greg Gladding officiating. Visitation will be Sunday 2-6 p.m. at Lake funeral
Home in Ionia.
