Ionia County News – Thursday, 21 February 1935

News has been received that Mrs. Harry C. Hornbeck died at her home in 
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Wednesday, February 21.  Death came after a serious 
illness of one year.

Deceased was born in Vickeryville, Michigan, in 1883.  She was the daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. A. DeHart.  She was united in marriage to H. C. Hornbeck, and for 
the past 33 years they have made their home in Milwaukee.  Left to mourn their 
loss are the husband and two daughters, Mrs. B. Baltes of Waukesha, Wisconsin 
and Mrs. J. L. Hopes of Milwaukee; two sons, Marion and Harry, of Milwaukee.  
Also Mrs. H. F. Gardener, a sister-in-law, of Lyons and a cousin, Mrs. Louis 
Essick of Ionia Township.
