                             EARL D. HORNBECK

LYONS-Earl Daniel Hornbeck, 66 of Madison, Wis. died Friday Morning at St.Mary's 
hospital in Madison, where he had been a patient the past several weeks.

Born November 9, 1902at Milwaukee, Wis. he was the son of Mr.and Mrs. Charles 
A.Hornbeck and moved to Mendota, Wis. with his parents.

For several years he was employed by the Board of Control of Mendota State 
Hospital, retiring one year ago. He was a member of United Methodist Church of 
Madison and Madison Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife Jeanette: one son Charles of Montana; three 
grandchildren; two brothers, Glen and Ralph both of Madison.

Funeral services will be Monday with burial at Mendota Cemetery.

Mr. Hornbeck was a nephew of Mrs.H.F.Gardner of Lyons. His father Charles 
Hornbeck was a native of Palo community.
