Mrs. Sarah E. Horner, 75, of Potterville, died Sunday at a Lansing hospital. 
Mrs. Horner, a resident of rural Lyons when her husband Burr was an operator at
Consumer Power Co. dam, had lived in the Lansing area about 20 years.  Mr.
Horner and their son Charles, died some years ago.  She was a life member of
Evergreen chapter Order of the Eastern Star of Lyons.

Mrs. Horner is survived by one brother, Bruce Wing of Charlotte; four sisters,
Mrs. Vera Carmoney of Charlotte, Mrs. Ray Moulton of Dimondale, Mrs. Christie
Braun and Mrs. Walter Hoffman both of Lansing, and one grandson.

Funeral services were held Tuesday in Lansing.  Burial was in Deepdale Cemetery.
 Mrs. Delbert Ritenburgh, worthy matron, and Mrs. Joe Wolthuis, secretary,
visited the funeral home Monday evening, representing the Evergreen chapter OES.
