The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, September 1, 1923


Mrs. Anna Horricks, well known resident, passed away at her home at Prairie 
Creek Friday afternoon at 4 o’clock.  Mrs. Horricks has been ill for some time, 
and at the time of her death she was 41 years of age.  

Besides her husband, Willis Horricks, she is survived by one daughter, Miss 
Bertha Horricks, and two sons, Joy and Roy Horricks.  She is also survived by 
her father, Abraham Eddy, and one brother, Jay Eddy.

The funeral will be held from the late home Monday afternoon at 2:30.  Rev. 
Charles J. Kruse will officiate.  Burial will take place in the family lot at 
the Highland Park cemetery.
