Ionia Sentinel Standard, 7 Jul 1980

Gina Jo Horrocks, 14, of 5741 Riverside Drive, Lyons, died as the result of an 
airplane crash Friday night.  She was born Oct. 6, 1965 in Ionia, the daughter 
of Eleonore and Otto Horrocks.  She attended Twin Rivers School in Muir until 
1979 when she moved to Texas with her mother.  She attended the First Baptist 
Church of Ionia. 

Her father preceded her in death in 1974.  She is survived by her mother, three 
brothers, Kenneth and Lindsey, both of Alliance, Neb., and James of Ionia; four 
sisters, Mrs. Dixie Murawa of Lyons, Mrs. Shirley Houghton of Ionia, Mrs. Kay 
Seth of Alabama, and Mrs. Geraldine Christensen of Ionia.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir.  
The Rev. Dr. Roy Pitts of the First Baptist Church of Ionia will officiate.
