Ionia Sentinel-Std. - Tues. Oct. 23, 1984

GRAND RAPIDS-  Roy Horsley, 65, of Grand Rapids, died Wednesday, October 17 at 
Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. He was a former Saranac resident.

He was born August30, 1919 in Liverpool, England.

He is survived by his wife, Ivy; nine children, Ann Bendt and Keith Horsley of 
Ovid, Susan McRoberts of Belding, Lynne Horsley of Greenville, Terry Horsley of 
Caledonia, Kevin Horsley of Lowell , Michael Horsley and Jane Jack of Alto and 
June Sieler of Saranac; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Friday, October 19 in Caledonia.

Burial was in Alaska Cemetery.
