Sentinel Standard – Tuesday, 7 June 1949
Mrs. Zoa Barnes Horton of Lansing, former Ionia and Portland resident died at 
Lansing Monday morning.  Funeral services are to be conducted from the 
Bandfield funeral chapel at Portland Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m.  Survivors 
include a sister, Mrs. Floyd Comer of Ionia and Mrs. Dickerson of Lyons who is 
a daughter.
