Ionia County News, 27 Apr 1922

Mrs. James Houghtiling, 77, an old pioneer of Hubbardston, passed away Saturday 
at her home in Lansing.  She was buried from the East Side cemetery Tuesday 
afternoon.  Relatives from away were dinner guests of Mrs. C. Tabor after the 
services.  Out of town relatives were Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wheeler, Alma; Mr. 
and Mrs. Valoise Todd and son, Lansing; Leo Edgeton, brother, wife and son, of 
Lansing; Elmer Houghtiling and family, Lansing; Mr. and Mrs. Bayton, Lansing.
