The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, May 31, 1962

Service for Frank G. Houghton, 81, of Orleans, was held Tuesday afternoon with 
the Rev. Jean A. Crabtree of Sheridan officiating.  Mr. Houghton died Sunday 
morning at Foote Memorial hospital in Jackson.

Bearers were Ralph Moffitt, Larry Moffitt, Ray Geething and Lee Harrington.  
Burial was at Woodard Lake cemetery.

Out of town persons attending were Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Moffitt and Larry 
Moffitt of Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Geething of Battle Creek, Mr. and Mrs. 
Asa Treynor, Clare Schultz, Robert E. Pierson and Guy Hoppough of Orleans.
