Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Sat. Aug. 21,1965

Funeral service for Fred M. Houseman, 78, route two, Belding, who died Friday 
morning following a long illness, will be at 2 p.m., Monday at Huffman funeral 
home in Belding. the Rev. Louis Lowndes of Ionia Calvary Baptist Church will 
officiate and interment will be at Easton cemetery.

Mr. Houseman was born in Otisco township and spent the last 52 years in Easton 
township where he was a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Reinhart to whom he was married 
April 2, 1913; four daughters, Mrs. Lucille Moore and Mrs. Irene Andres of 
Ionia, Mrs. Bernice Yeasley of Orleans and Mrs. Hilda Donovan of Exton, Pa.; 11 
grandchildren and four great grandchildren; a brother, Theodore of Belding and 
five sisters, including Mrs. Anna Krupp of Smyrna, and Mrs. Irene Breimayer of 
Ionia.
