June Rosemarie Houser, 85, of 2012 Ida Road, Luray, Va, died Wednesday, Dec. 
5, 2007, at Page Memorial Hospital in Luray.

Mrs. Houser was born April 7, 1922, on a farm in Ionia County, near Lowell, 
Mich. She was the daughter of the late Godfrey and Rose (Blaser) Roth. She 
graduated from Lowell High School in 1939. She was in the WAVES during World 
War II and was a member of Luray United Methodist Church.

On June 22, 1951, she married William B. Houser. He survives in Luray. Also 
surviving are a son, Roger W. (Debby) Houser of Luray; a daughter, Carol J. 
(Barry) Keyser of Luray; three brothers, Alfred (Joan) Roth, Edwin (Doris) 
Roth of Lowell and Walter (Kapua) Roth of Okemos; sister-in-laws, Virginia 
Roth and June Roth; a grandson, Kyle W. Houser of Harrisonburg; a step-
daughter, Helena Hill of Oklahoma and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Fred W. Roth 
of Ames, Iowa and Rudolph G. Roth of Lowell.

The Rev. Douglas Marti conducted the funeral at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at 
the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray. Burial was in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery 
in Luray.
