Houserman, age 49, of Muir passed away Nov. 20, 2004 in Little Rock, AR. He was born September 17, 1955 in Ionia, the son of Earl and Joyce (Nemetz) Houserman. He married Wendi Marshall May 6, 1978 in Ionia. He was store supervisor at the Richard Handlon Facility and Bellamy Creek since 1988. Hunting was a major part of Pat’s life. He was a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation, Pheasants Forever of Ionia, Whitetail’s Unlimited, and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. He is survived by his loving wife Wendi Houserman of Muir; son Marshall Houserman of Muir; daughter Tiffany (Scott) Neeb of Muir; mother Joyce Houserman of Ionia; sisters Cherlyn (Jim) Ward of Muir, Paula Houserman of Lansing, Michelle (Art) Pelon of Fenwick; father-in-law Jim (Mary) Marshall of Ludington; mother-in-law Ellen Marshall of Muir; sisters and brothers-in-laws Sheri and Gary Kramer of Muir and Cyndi Marshall of Ionia. He was preceded in death by his father Earl Houserman in 1996, son Christopher in 1980 and sister-in-law Sandi Marshall. Funeral services are 1 p.m., Saturday, at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment Woodard Lake Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. You may make a memorial in memory of Patrick to the wishes of Patrick’s family.
