                  Paula Ruth Houseman

Died Thursday, September 23, 2023-age 74 of Ionia.
Born July 22, 1949 in Ionia to Earl K and Joyce J.(Nemetz) Houserman.
Graduated from Ionia High School in class of 1967.
Worked for Lyle D. Hepfer & Company for 50 years, retiring in 2018.
Preceded in death by her parents, sister, Cherlyn (Jim) Ward, brother Patrick 
Houserman, nephew Christopher Houserman and great-Melissa Hunter.
Survived by her sister, Michelle (Art) Pelon, sister-in-law Wendi Houserman, 
nephews Mike Hunger, Tony (Tammy) Hunter, Marshall (Josh) Houserman, Peter 
(Fiance' Kristina)Pelon and niece Tiffany (Scott) Neeb.
Also survived by many great & great-great-nieces & nephews, whom she enjoyed.
She took comfort in having her dog, Zoey with her in later years.
Family & neighbors wants to thank  Lynn & Sharon Lafler who helped her so much 
while she living alone.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 5th, 11:00 AM at Lake Funeral 
Home in Ionia.
Visitation will be held 1 hour (10-11)prior to services.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ionia County Animal Shelter would be 
appreciated.
