Ionia Sentinel Standard, 21 May 1988

Dorothy Price Hovinga, 75, of 855 W. Jefferson, Grand Ledge, died May 18 at
Eaton County Medical Facility.  She was born June 28, 1912 in Lansing, the
daughter of Arthur and Geita (Ide) Allen.

Surviving are two sons, David Price of Grand Ledge and Jeffery Price of
Valparaiso, Indiana; two daughters, Phyllis Barnes of Harlingen, Texas and Lois
Stedman of Portland; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one brother
Truman Allen of California; three sisters, Lucille Tugan of Mt.  Pleasant, Vera
North of Wyoming, Agnes Fish of Portland.

Funeral services will be today at 1 p.m. at the Neller Funeral Home in Portland,
the Rev. John Hodges of the Bible Missionary Church of Grand Ledge officiating.
 Burial will be in Portland Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Ronald Price, Douglas
and Steven Stedman, Randy and Dan Barnes, and Terry Weller.
