GORDON HOWARD
Died September 21, 2021-age 87 of St.Johns
Born February 25, 1934 in Muir, 4th child of Harry & Florence (Burtraw) Howard.
Graduated St.Johns High School in 1952.
Married his high school sweet heart Jean Stockwell on February 27, 1955.
Gordon & Jean lived their 54 years of marriage in St.Johns.  
Gordon enlisted in the US Army & served two years, Vietnam, on return became the 
co-owner of the S & H Farm in 1965 & was a Farm Bureau member.
In 1994, he began work with B&W Farm Centers until retirement in 2000.
Gordon had a great sense of humor & calm & patient nature.
They raised three daughters Pam (Albert) Ott, Sandy (Dennis) Jury & Kathy 
(Scott) Gutierrez.
Survived by the three daughters; grandchildren, Heather (Shane) Moon, Emily Ott, 
Tommy Jury; great-grandchildren;Gunner Gordon & Knox Robert Moon, as well as 
extended family members, nieces, nephews & friends.
Preceded in death by his parent, brother, Donald and sister, Maxine Hunter.
Family wish to Thank his special caretaker, Tosha Parks, Jennifer Wohlfert & 
Wanda Gurski for excellent care these past four years.
Memorial visitation will take place at McGeehan Funeral Home, Keck-Coleman 
Chapel, 1500 Waterford Pkwy, St.Johns on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 10 AM 
until Noon.
A service will be held at the family home, 1917 W.French Rd. St.Johns, on 
Saturday, October 9 at 2 PM, with gathering beginning at 1 PM & light hor 
d'oeuvres following.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to a Charity of Choice.
