The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, May 16, 1945

Mrs. Ella Howe, 83, an Ionia resident for many years, died at her home in 
Detroit Tuesday evening.  She was the widow of the late Lee Howe.  Mr. Howe 
was killed in a traffic accident near the high school about 10 years ago.

Surviving are a daughter, one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are to be conducted from the Bradley funeral home in Ionia 
Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. with interment at Highland park cemetery in Ionia.
