Well Known Horseman Dies.

The death of Zala Howe, aged 63 years, well know horseman and prominent farmer
of this county, took place at his home north of Ionia, on Sunday night,
following a short period of illness caused by apoplexy.  Mr. Howe was a former
resident of this city and is well known here.  Funeral services were held on
Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock from the Orleans M. E. church and burial was
in Orleans cemetery.
