Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Fri. Oct. 13, 1972

SARANAC- Mrs. Mina B. Hoxie, 89, of 5180 Page road, Saranac, died early 
Wednesday morning.

Born in Boston township July 11, 1883, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 
Joseph Monks and a lifelong resident of the Saranac area.

Surviving are three sons, Russell Herron of Saranac, Dale Herron of Grand 
Rapids and Arthur Norton of Lowell; three grandchildren, six great 
grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; brother, Ralph Monks of 
California.

Funeral services will be Monday at 3 pm at Morris-Roetman funeral home in 
Saranac. Interment will be at Saranac cemetery.
