Belding Banner, 23 Feb 1899

Orleans. – Another pioneer has gone to rest.  Mrs. Daniel Hoyt died Wednesday
morning.  Funeral Saturday at the M.E. Church.  Sermon by Rev. Gibbs.  She was
laid at rest by the side of her husband in the Orleans cemetery.  She rests from
her labors but her works do follow after her.
