KAREN HUBBARD, 63
Karen Hubbard, 63, of St. Ignace, formerly of Ionia, passed away Dec. 15, 2017.

She was born June 27, 1954, to Judson and Josephine (nee Wirtz) Montgomery in
Ionia.

She retired from Michigan Department of Corrections.

She is survived by her children, Kenneth and Lucia Hubbard of Ionia, Benjamin
Hubbard of Ionia, Gwendolyn and Levon Allen of Rogers City; and six grandchildren, Havily,
Mathew Jr., Maverick, Hunter, Faraiya and Aliya. She is also survived by her brother, Ralph and
Lorraine Montgomery of Ionia; and sister, Olivia and Rick Perrien. She was preceded in death
by her parents.

She was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be missed dearly.

Cremation has taken place. There will be a luncheon at the Ionia Moose Jan. 13,
2018, at 1 p.m.
