The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, January 19, 1960
Orville Hubbs, 77, died early Monday morning at the Donald Fox home in Muir, 
where he had lived the past three years.  He was formerly employed at the Muir 
Lumber company.  He was born in Sunfield, the son of Edward and Hannah Hubbs.  
His wife died several years ago.

Mr. Hubbs is survived by four nieces, Mrs. Ray Canfield and Mrs. Elton Neff of 
Mulliken, Mrs. Lawrence McDonald of Chelsea and Mrs. Ernest York of Portland.

Funeral service will be conducted at the Shaw-Rivett funeral home Wednesday at 
2 p.m. with the Rev. Raymond Bittner officiating.  Burial will be at Danby 
cemetery.
