Jack P. Huffman Jr., 74, of Lyons died Jan. 3, 1994, in Ionia.  He was born in
Mayberry, W. Va., Dec.  18, 1919, the son of Jack and Ora (Tabor) Huffman Sr. 
He worked in city services until his retirement.

He is survived by one daughter, Judy (Joseph) Cline of Lyons; three
grandchildren, Scott (Ann) Martin of Lansing, Marian (Joseph) Hoppes of Lyons,
and Audra M. Cline of Portland; four great-grandchildren, and for
step-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie.

Services were held Jan.  6 at the Shiloh Cemetery in Centreville, with Rev.
Jeffery Carpenter of the Fellowship Bible Church officiating.  Casket bearers
were Scott Martin, Joseph Hoppes, Craig Hoppes, and Eugene Miller.  Arrangements
were made by the Gorsline-Runciman Neller Chapel, Portland.
