January 25, 2025 HUHN Carol Ann Huhn, age 74 of Pewamo, passed away Monday, January 20, 2025. Lehman Funeral Home Carol Ann Huhn, age 74, of Pewamo, MI passed away on January 20, 2025. Carol was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was born November 5, 1950, the daughter of Urban and Marie Weber. On June 5, 1971, Carol married Tom Huhn and they shared 53 wonderful years of marriage together and enjoyed numerous trips along Lake Michigan and Traverse City over the years. Carol was a faithful member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and a member of their Altar Society. She had a deep and unwavering faith and shared a special devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Carol cherished her children, in-laws, and grandchildren and was always there to support them by attending their special moments and events or sending caring text messages signed “Love Grandma”. Carol also enjoyed playing games, cards and camping with friends and family. Carol is survived by her loving husband, Tom; and their children, Doug (Julie) Huhn, Chad (Cami) Huhn, Rebecca (Ryan) Thelen, Patrick (Christie) Huhn, and Brent (Lynne) Huhn; her 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, siblings, Luke (MaryJo) Weber, Gary Weber, Stan (Julie) Weber, Keith (Gail) Weber, Elaine Weber, and Janet McKeown. Preceding Carol in death are her parents, Urban and Marie Weber, in-laws, Raymond and Anna Huhn, brother, Ken Weber and brother-in-law, Joel Platte. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Darrel Kempf at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 23, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Pewamo, MI. Rite of Committal will follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. A meal will follow the committal at the St. Joseph's Parish Hall. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. with the rosary being prayed at 1:30 p.m. at the St. Mary's Funeral Chapel, 210 N. Westphalia Street, Westphalia.
