Hull, 87, of rural Belding, passed away Saturday morning, Oct. 19, 2002, at his home. He was born Sept. 29, 1915, in Onekama, the son of Julius Henry II and Emma Katherine Peterson Hull. Ellery owned Hull’s Bait and Tackle Shop, Grattan. He married Nonie Bradley on July 26, 1945, and she preceded him in death in 1996. He also was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Elton, Arden and Jack Hull. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Ellery “Bud” Jr. and Ellen Hull of Orleans; two grandchildren, Rycki Hull of Lansing and Douglas W. Hull of Boston; brother, Ward; and sisters, Bonnie, Betty and Jessie. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding, with Pastor Kendall Harger of Shiloh Community Church officiating. Graveside services are 3 p.m. in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing. The family will greet relatives and friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
