He was born in Montcalm County August 11, 1903, the son of Edgar and Cora Hendricks Hull. He attended rural schools near Sheridan and married Marion Lee in Ionia in 1923. They made their home in Lyons, Pewamo and Palo. She preceded him in death. One daughter, Flossie Smalley, also preceded him in death. He then married Anna Seidelman December 15, 1942 in Ionia and they lived on the farm on Dick Road for the past 29 years. Survivors include his wife, two sons, Victor of Ionia and Fred at home; four daughters,Mrs George (Violet) Schultz of Grand Rapids, Mrs Walter (Lucy) Reeves of Orleans, Mrs.Adrian (Joyce) Sterzick of Lowell, Mrs.Ford (Doris) Warner of Ionia, one step-daughter, Mrs.Delmer (Evelyn) Warner of Belding, one step-son, Clarence Beach of Orleans; one sister, Mrs.George (Edith) Davis of Berrien Springs, 23 grandchildren,21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services are Monday at 1 pm from Zion United Methodist Church with Rev. Nolan Williams officiating. Burial is in Tuttle Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Leddick Funeral Home Saturday and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Memorial fund is established for the Zion United Methodist church.
